Abstract

The present investigative work addresses in a general way the importance and benefits that the proper management of personal brand has today since not only companies should focus on making their products or services known, but also professionals are required to doso, with the main objective that they shine through a personal brand, especially when the person has a professional degree that supports the knowledge and experience in the area of study. At present there are many people who have a professional title, they are: Engineers, doctors, architects, lawyers, designers, auditors among others and they need to reach their clients in a direct, reliable and effective way. In line with this, this research project focuses on analyzing a new marketing trend in order to enhance the knowledge, skills and abilities of professionals. It also serves as a guide to carry out a self-assessment of the qualities that each of the people possess and in what way it enhances them.
