Abstract

Ergonomics is the set of knowledge applied to adapt artificial products, systems and environments to the needs of users, optimizing efficiency, safety and well-being. There are different factors that affect good ergonomics in the work environment, since in many cases the work is repetitive and a posture is adopted for each movement to be made, through research it can determine what type of factor is the that most affects a worker in their workday specifically in the case of heavy load transport drivers.
