Administrative Management as a Basis for the Development of Entrepreneurship in Ecuador

Abstract

Management is a constantly evolving science, however, its origins must be known and explained in an evolutionary way. The objective of this research work is to know the fundamentals of administration through the main administrative theories for professional development. However, the classical theories remain in the past as the basis for the exponential growth of the administrative force. This does not mean that they are, but it does mean that the world evolved. It was established as a theoretical framework to give as main conclusions the need to continue developing the area in developing countries since, as the administration evolves, in many cases, evolutionary steps are skipped in companies and destroy the organizational climate, even old types of leadership are used that do not give any kind of result.
