Abstract

The business world has reacted to COVID-19 with speed and commitment. Government-mandated measures on social distancing and government-backed return plans appear to have been effective in curbing the spread of the virus. But as governments prudently scrutinize mandatory social isolation measures, entrepreneurs must take a look at what comes next and how they can begin to adjust their organizations to the corporate world beyond the pandemic. Specifically, how do you build resilience in operations, decisions, business model and ways of operating so that your company can face this new normal? The new reality of the global economy forces organizations to review the plans and projects defined and according to the scenario they are currently facing, it is necessary to rethink activities and adjust budgets.
