Abstract

The issue of management in the quality of services is of great interest, since at present it has shown a broad growth in different sectors that offer services. The objective of this article is to raise awareness of the importance of quality management in companies, comment on the main features of the services that help to better understand them; for what it represents for the competitiveness and the differentiation of the product or service that is offered. That is why we reflect on the management of service quality in companies based on a general analysis of this important process.
