Abstract

The increasing speed with which technological changes occur has generated a transformation of world trade, while the more complex and sophisticated global value chains evaporate the boundary between goods and services. New leaderships and ways of connecting emerge from the use of new technologies that undoubtedly open up a number of opportunities for production in the countries of Latin America. In the present article, it is about making known the influence that the new technological tools that are being implemented worldwide in International Trade have had.
