Study for the Implementation of the Procedure Manual in the Transit Unit of the Puebloviejo Canton

Abstract

The transit unit carries out the transport control within the Puebloviejo Canton and performs various processes for the Transport Companies or Cooperatives. The problem lies in the fact that the processes are carried out only based on the resolutions of the National Traffic Agency, and because of the validation of data in the AXIS 4.0 system, so they are delayed depending on the mode of transport. For these reasons, the objective of this article is to show the results of a study for the implementation of a Procedure Manual in the Municipal Transit Unit.
