Abstract

This article aims to contribute to the orientation in the promotion of work incentives and rewards, considering the importance that it has for an organization to discover leaders, who will later help direct the rest of the team for their growth. It will be possible to review how good or feasible it is to invest in giving an employee a recognition for putting the plus to the entrusted work, in this route it can be determined that even to hold a competent and capable employee for the position it would be ideal not only to keep it in the company for a need but also for a satisfaction in working in that place.
