Abstract

This research work shows some of the Marketing strategies that have been designed to publicize the brand Issac Molina Commercial Coaching in the northern sector of the city of Guayaquil, since for some time activities related to business coaching have been carried out due to the importance that it has taken in organizations today and the reasons that lead managers to have as one of their strengths, leadership development and commitment among employees.
