Abstract

The realization of this research project is based on the need to design a Performance Evaluation Model in the Human Resource Department, in order to increase the work performance of workers, in search of business efficiency. The research was characterized by a descriptive study with a simple descriptive non-experimental design. It integrates the qualitative and quantitative methodology as well as the use of information gathering techniques, respectively. The sample used in the study was made up of the 22 workers belonging to the Human Talent Department. The results obtained in the techniques allowed to corroborate the need for the design of a performance evaluation system and its impact on the work performance of workers. Based on the results, the evaluation of the performance was designed, starting from the profiles of the jobs of the Human Talent Department and in coherence with the guidelines or objectives planned for the area.
