Abstract

Marketing strategies are the new reality of companies, especially those that seek in all areas to transform their ventures so that they are part of the country's production chain. And it is because of this that “Barbershop and Hairdresser Jordy”, being a family microbusiness, which has been dedicated for more than 7 years to provide various types of services for ladies and gentlemen. According to recent years, competition has entered the sector, so it is looking for strategies to position its brand. The place has as a problem the lack of recognition, the lack of advertising and the lack of strategies that allow it to have brand recognition with its current and potential customers. By which we proceeded to carry out a Marketing investigation. According to the methodology, a respective survey will be carried out, in order to obtain better results, and to obtain the satisfied client of the service provided.
