Didactic Strategy Aimed at Preparing Tutors from the University-Society and Quality Education Link

Abstract
Labor training in the second year in the career of Mechanical Engineers, Graduates in Labor Education and Mechanics linked to the productive flow, originates new ways of conceiving, the objectives, contents and particularities of companies and educational centers as a significant element of the context. A diagnosis was applied verifying that the preparation of the tutors of the companies and educational centers is not adequate to attend the labor practice of the students. It was determined to elaborate a didactic strategy to prepare the tutors of the companies and educational centers that work in the Faculty of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering. The theoretical and empirical methods used allowed structuring the proposal and carrying it out from the universitycompanies-strategic sectors and society link.
