The history of environmental education and its legal approach

Abstract
The care and protection of the environment for the whole world has been a fundamental issue, in the seventies, this became the focus of attention for international government agencies and entities due to its importance for the survival of life on Earth. Since then, a journey through different scenarios of discussion and analysis has been evidenced, allowing the current conceptualization of Environmental Education, with a legal approach as that process of formation of a responsible attitude that allows awareness of the importance of care and protection. Environment. In this sense, the objective of this research is to analyze the situation of Environmental Education in the different international scenarios carried out since the 70s based on historiographical and systematization methods.
