Abstract
The present investigation is carried out with the objective of revealing the importance of conducting an
identity and image audit, it is specified in xemplification in the Sancti Spíritus Provincial Electric Company, the largest service provider entity in the territory. It constitutes a qualitative, descriptive, non-experimental investigation. To carry out the research, a sample of managers, workers and a varied selection of the external public was selected. The research constitutes a first approach to the identity and image of the center and, for this, field work was developed in the facility itself. This research provides information obtained in a scientific way, the results of the study are reliable and may be used by the institution under study as a basis to shape their future strategies.
