Abstract

With the present investigation, we sought to assess and determine the levels of personal exhaustion in the process of their professional training and the role of educational stress when preparing with the digital skills
necessary to fulfill the work of specialists in comprehensive child development of a higher institution. technological. The methodology used is a qualitative, descriptive-correlational study, the instrument used to collect information was a survey using the MBI-HSS inventory adapted to the conditions of the students. The variables of age groups and marital status were correlated through cross tables and the level of significance of each of the items and the general dimensions of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal fulfillment were determined by means of the Chi-square statistic. As a fundamental conclusion, it is shown that there is no statistically significant relationship between the sociodemographic variables of age groups and marital status with burnout syndrome, but there is between items of each dimension.
