The norms of behavior for the coexistence in the institution educational university

Abstract
This article aims to stimulate the debate on the need to develop good practices of behavior and coexistence standards in the university community and the contribution to their training as change managers of the context in which they operate as a social being. For its development, the analysis, synthesis, document review and observation methods were used. As a result, methodological guidelines are offered that constitute tools of educational work for coexistence in the university context.
