Strategy for vocational training and professional guidance in higher education.

Abstract
The objective of the work is to expose the main results and impacts of the implementation of the
strategy for Vocational Training and Professional Guidance in the undergraduate training process,
showing the cardinal problems that give it relevance and relevance. Among the main contributions
are: the strategy, the guidelines for its implementation and the impact achieved in the period. Among
them: change in the conception of the activities of FV and OP, greater interaction of the University in
the pre-university of the province, creation and high participation in the 1st edition of the Martí
Contest, the Professions and Trades, a Look at the World of Job. Among the methods used in the
investigative course are: participant observation, bibliographic review and study of documents, which
allowed the objectivity and scientificity of the contributions.
