Permanent Training Strategy of the Primary Teacher for the Mediation in Conflicts

Abstract

The present work offers theoretical and practical basics about the utility of strategies for the appropriation of the mediation method in school conflicts from the primary teacher’s permanent formation, like an indispensable road to upgrade the human resources in education and to elevate the desempaño in the educational work of the same one. Methods like the interview were used, you interview, the documental analysis, among other and favorable results are obtained for the understanding and application of the method of educational mediation in the primary school.
