Abstract

This article has as aim the introduction of pedagogical experience, achievement of a project of research, appointed to perfect the professional’s training, since professional, starting from the improvement of the professional ways of performance, since the professional motivation and becoming better professional. There introduced some theoretical and practical foundations on professional motivation related to the teaching training some considerations on learning. There are also introduced some meaningful elements on the genealogical charctization of Mathematics for the Mathematics teacher’s training, considerations on the professionalism
so s to favour the characterization of training in the career, of the math teachers ́ generalized ways of behaviour and starting from them there are introduced pedagogical experiences to favour the improvement of pedagogical professional motivation.
