Inclusion and Attention to Diversity in English classes Through the Method Leby in Language Academies Ecuadorian

Abstract
Ecuadorian language academies are attended by students who are sample of the broad and rich ethnic, multicultural mosaic of society. However, the edges of this teaching-learning process are not taken into account to give attention to the rich cultural diversity to make it more inclusive. Hence , a didactic-communicative method called “Learn English and Be Yourself (LEBY) was designed .Its procedures offer opportunities for all students to learn the language together, regardless of their personal, socioeconomic, cultural conditions , including those with any disability. It is a school that does not impose requirements, selection mechanism or discrimination of any type, to make the rights to education , equal opportunities and participation effective. This method was validated with very good results at Buckingham English Center in Guayaquil, Ecuador.
