Reflections from Ten Years of Culture Tax in Ecuador and Growth in the Tax Collections

Abstract
Trough the history of Ecuador new approaches have determined, related to social ideologies, put in to practice as long as the state Budget can support them. One of the main incomes has been the oil, the need for new incomes that can be sustainable as time passes by is a reality. The present article aims at analyzing the economic growth of Ecuador through the years, obtained from the income of the tributes, that has been reflected in the advance given by the Milenium objectives and the national Plan del Buen Vivir, both propose the social development as the fundamental necessity of a country.
