The study sample includes 40 students aged 3 and 4 years, and 35 parents. The main difficulties of motor development that were detected included fine motor skills: the pincer grasp and gross motor skills: body coordination and balance. As a response to these difficulties, a program of comprehensive physical-motor stimulation strategies for parents of children aged 3 to 4 years was developed and applied. The result strengthened the socioaffective ties and enhanced motor development in the students who presented physical and mental retardation motor.
