The Websites and Their Incidence in the Development of Documentary Management: An Experience in the Milagro Ecuador Canton

Abstract

The investigation was made to the merchants of the center of the city of Milagro about the integral functioning of the restaurants, it was determined that the nonexistence of a web system of reservation of menus causes dissatisfaction in the clients due, fundamentally, to the reservation processes they are done manually. The intention of the present investigation is to analyze the different problems that exist on the part of the merchants of the Milagro canton center and to develop a web system that allows them to reduce and control these problems in an efficient way. Once the experience was concluded, surveys were conducted on the Economically Active Population (PEA) of the city and interviews with the owners of the restaurants, after analyzing their responses, favorable results were obtained for the use of the web menu booking system, since allows them to observe in detail the offers, generate reports of reservations and sales, among other options that the system has. All of which helps to realize new strategies in decision making.
