Abstract
The subjective well-being is a complex and multi-determined concept by a multiplicity of biopsicosociales factors. Therefore, it is important to see the individual as a whole, according to his stage of development, the activities that he accomplishes and his roles. In this stage, which is analytical for some students, the sense of well-being can be to his key for the academic success and the personal achievement and professional goals. This explains the need to create conditions in order to better up the student's quality of life, the attention of his spiritual formation, and psycoafective orientation. This is why; this study stated the following scientific problem: How to promote the subjective well-being in the students of the Residence Estudiantil Julio A. Mella of the University of Oriented? In addition, as general objective it was proposed: Design a program of psychosocial intervention that promotes the subjective well-being in the students of the Residence Estudiantil Julio A. Mella of the University of Oriented. The study is based on the Qualitative Methodology, the use of the Investigation - Action method and others like the observation, interviews, surveys and documentary analysis. The program is based on a methodology that privileges the groups of reflection. The evaluation of the design was submitted to criteria of experts, those who considered it pertinent to attain the presented objectives.
