Attention to Diversity: Impact on the Professional learning of Pedagogy-Psychology Students

Abstract
Currently, the developer approach to the teaching-learning process is analyzed by the scientific community, since it constitutes an indispensable element in the professional work of the teaching institutions. In this sense, the didactics show a great advance in the conformation of a theoretical apparatus that most educators share, in which harmony between the theory and the methodological norms can be observed aloperar in the teaching-learning developer process. to the necessary flexibility of the process, in such a way that it is contextualized, making its socio-educational reality valid by placing learning at the center of the process and the student as an active and reflective subject, a conscious builder of their knowledge. In this research they were used different scientific methods, both the theoretical level and the empirical level. The study aims to assess how attention to diversity occurs in students of the Pedagogy- Psychology career with a view to promoting professional learning and encouraging reflection in the pursuit of academic excellence in all areas of training of the professional future.
