The Exercise of Tutoring for Family Orientation in the Teaching Unit. A Model ofthe Tutorial Process

Abstract
The observations of deficiencies in the daily educational practice related to the development of the dynamics of the tutelage process in the teaching unit for the guidance to the family from the initial formation, have motivated the realization of this proposal. The verification of the limitations led to the exploration of the research carried out in relation to the tutoring in the initial training of education professionals. In this sense, epistemic insufficiencies related to the contextualization of tutoring to the family orientation process are noted. This negatively affects the quality of the teaching process in the, being necessary to perfect this process from one of the most disadvantaged edges in relation to the guiding function of the teacher, the orientation to the family, for its essential incidence in the formation of the personality in accordance with the demands of the school model in Cuba, so this proposal aims to reflect on the preparation of the primary teacher to exercise tutoring in family guidance and develop a pedagogical model of the process for this purpose, depending on of the formation of a pedagogical culture in the orientation to the family.
