Intellectual Property and its Management in Postgraduate Training

Abstract
This article presents an objective in the teacher of a general culture to know how intellectual property moves in the field of postgraduate education, which allows it to develop professional performance; in the management of the two recognized postgraduate meanings in Latin America, professional development and postgraduate academic training in the knowledge of the rights and properties of intellectual property, which affect the investigative, educational and educational aspects of the professional teacher , which reveals the pertinence of the knowledge of intellectual property for the formation and execution of R & D & I projects, collaboration agreements between social partners, publications and generalization of results, postgraduate training and record of results. For this, empirical methods are used, such as observation, documentary and theoretical revision, such as analysis and synthesis, hermeneutics and the transition from the abstract to the concrete.
