Influence of graphic and audiovisual development on digital engagement of Guayaquil educational institutions, ISTG case

Abstract
This work focuses on the influence of graphic and audiovisual development on user engagement in the social media of educational institutions in Guayaquil, with a specific focus on the case of the Instituto Superior Tecnológico Guayaquil (ISTG). The main objective is to provide a deeper understanding of the factors that influence the effectiveness of digital media and social networks in educational environments, in order to contribute to the positioning and projection of the technological educational institution in the city of Guayaquil.
The methodology used is descriptive with a quantitative approach. A literature review on the subject was carried out, as well as a survey of students and teachers from the ISTG. The results indicate that the graphic and audiovisual development of the content published on the institution's social networks is a key factor for user interaction, and that the quality of these contents influences the perception of the institution by the educational community and society in general.
The work presents an overview of the importance of graphic and audiovisual development in effective communication on social networks of educational institutions, and offers recommendations to improve the quality of the content published on these platforms. It is expected that the results of this study will contribute to the positioning and projection of the Instituto Superior Tecnológico Guayaquil and other educational institutions in the city of Guayaquil, and serve as a basis for future research in the area of digital communication in educational environments.
