Theoretical Approach to the Importance of Process Management in Companies

Abstract

The incorporation of process management in organizations is one of the administrative issues that still has a long way to go for its implementation in companies; Therefore, the present work addresses the need to include process management as a methodology to measure efficiency and effectiveness in companies, since some do so empirically without applying the appropriate tools. The aim of the article is to make known an easy and effective tool for a better functioning within companies.
