Abstract
New companies arise every day, many of which disappear due to various reasons, some of these are due to poor implementation, lack of knowledge and use of tools that help land their ideas and carry them out and it is important that every entrepreneur or entrepreneur has the knowledge of what a business plan means since it offers many advantages from its conception; For this reason, this article describes the parts that it must have and the description according to authors of what a business plan would be.
