Control and Administration of Inventories in Organizations

Abstract

Bad inventory management generates deviations, errors and losses within the organization, generating financial and economic problems that could bankrupt the company. This article aims to show that inventory control is an essential tool for every company because it allows for effective and verifiable results that help improve decision making for the well-being of the company and its collaborators. The control of inventories is fundamental in any organization because they allow to assure the subsistence of the organization taking into account the existence of the products that the company possesses.
