Importance of the Implementation of Function Manuals in Companies

Abstract

All companies are of great importance and contribution to the society and economy of the country, especially SMEs due to their large numbers found in Ecuador. That is why this investigative document is focused on these commercial sectors, because they do not carry the correct administrative processes or do not exercise it as such. Next, the study is presented, an investigation of the current situation that has been taking place over the last few years, in order to obtain positive results to promote an organizational culture.
