Abstract

The purpose of this work was to analyze the administrative management in the satisfaction of the quality of the service to the students of the Technological Training Institute (ITF) of the city of Guayaquil. For this purpose, data were collected during the period January - June 2020 through a survey of 388 students via the internet with a structured questionnaire based on the dimensions and the SERVPERF methodology. In general terms, the results of the regression model determined that administrative management explains by 0.981 the effect on satisfaction of the quality that the student has of the services received by the ITF. Based on the results of the research, the proposal to create the Student Support Center (CAE) was made.
