Abstract
The existence and operation of the technology transfer system in the Higher University Training Institute are established, so it is essential to carry out a control over its compliance, as well as the results obtained from the various processes and actions to identify, acquire, assimilate, transform and take advantage of external knowledge and also that which is generated internally. For this reason, the objective of this research is to establish the means of verification of the Technology Transfer system that allows the development of institutional management based on the quality of the teaching-learning and administrative processes.
