Description of the Electronic Billing Process of Organizations in the City of Guayaquil

Abstract

Globalization is a worldwide phenomenon whose purpose is to strengthen the relationship between nations in different political, economic, commercial and technological aspects. These changes demanded new demands from the organizations, one of them being electronic invoicing, as a modern way of issuing sales receipts; This tool arises with the internet revolution, data security and the need for companies to optimize resources, thus becoming a new form of billing for taxpayers, both in public and private companies in Ecuador. The methodological work was carried out with a sample of five private sector companies in the city of Guayaquil, for which a mixed approach was used, combining qualitative and quantitative methods. A descriptive research and non-experimental designisproposed.
