The General Coordination in the Teaching - Learning of the Technical Fundamentals of Basketball in Children

Abstract

The purpose of our research was framed in a program of exercises and methodological games to improve the development of the general coordination of the technical fundamentals of basketball in children. The methods used in this research were: Scientific, Inductive, Deductive Method and the statistical method. All this allowed to guide and guide the research process, applying a survey, pre-test and post-test to the athletes investigated. The most important results in the investigation were: that 75% of the coaches were trained to be able to provide better teaching and learning of general coordination with the different technical fundamentals of basketball. As a conclusion we propose an alternative: Program of exercises and methodological games to improve the development of the general coordination of the technical fundamentals of basketball, to solve the problem posed.
