The Construction of Humanistic Educability of the Sociocultural Manager: A Challenge for Higher Education

Abstract
In the present work an analysis of the professional practice of the sociocultural manager is carried out, as an integrating exercise in the contextual variety in which it occurs and the influence it exerts on one's own self-formation as an agent of change, which conditions the need to intentionally promote, from professional training, as a necessary condition to develop the construction of the manager's sociocultural educability in and from educational contexts as an essential objective of this work.
