Theoretical approach to m-learning and its application in the teaching-learning process in educational institutions.

Abstract
Mobile technologies contribute to mobility and permanence in education systems and new virtual learning environments; what is favored with the use of M-Learning, as a teaching-learning methodology, which uses the use of mobile devices with wireless connection and connectivity extended to the students of an educational institution. Consequently, achieving the formation of new abilities, skills in students and teachers, as well as the design of innovative educational models, will allow the transformation of learning management, surpassing the limits of traditional education. The purpose of this article is framed in highlighting the elements that define education through
the use of mobile devices or M-Learning, in addition to evaluating the various potentialities offered by training,
preparation and educational quality in educational institutions.
