Theories of motivation and their application in organizations

Abstract
Since some stages of our lives are integrated a large number of areas all of them just and necessary for our
development in society, for this reason, motivation theories are related to the relationship in the workplace with the desire to increase the ability to influence the people, in order to make them behave in a particular way. The objective of this study is to know much more about the motivational state of the staff and managers of the
companies the motivation for this we have executed a thorough investigation since this is a basic element
when managing companies, since it allows the development of positive attitudes, which benefits the work
performance of employees and collaborators also improves the quality of life both personal and family life.
