The development of research skills in students of the bachelor's degree in education Pedagogy-Psychology

Abstract
The Bachelor of Education. Pedagogy-Psychology, a figure of the support service for educational improvement, requires initial training that develops pedagogical procedures that ensure the quality of their
professional preparation, to face their work scenario. Therefore, from the direction of the teaching-learning
process, the development of investigative skills in undergraduate training should be encouraged, which
allows identifying and solving problems in educational practice. This training intention is not always achieved within the initial training process of these professionals. The foregoing leads to pose as a scientific problem: Insufficiencies in the direction of the process for the formation and development of investigative skills during the initial training of the Bachelor of Education. Pedagogy-Psychology that limit their performance in scientific research activity. The results offered are evidenced in a pedagogical strategy for the training and development of investigative skills in the students of the career.
