Abstract
The evaluation of educational processes as basic aspect of verification of the effectiveness and efficiency of initial training, constitutes an element must reference if quality it is in this sense the process of educational improvement are erected in the basic way to encourage the steady rise in the rate of professional performance in the educational context.
This paper offers a different look at process improvement and professional performance qualifie and engages in professional performance rate performance as contextual reference point for planning educational improvement
