Rethinking Research Work Practice. Indications Methodological for the Initial Training of the Professional Academic

Abstract
Thinking again in the work activity from its research perspective is directed toward new sights and professional problems that increase its formative content and it also lead us to the approach of questions that guide the path of its improvement. How can we influence in a better way the professors ́ work-research formation taking into account their professional paradigms and from a space-time relationship?
The following article is intended to reflect on the way of understanding the work-research activity in the professors ́ initial formation as an integrated and systematized process, starting from a practical proposal supported by theoretical instructions that constitute a valuable instrument in working with pedagogical groups of discipline, year and major in order to achieve a methodological work that favor this important activity in the formation of these specialists from education. The article is attached to the project initial formation of the educational psychologist in the UCP Frank País García.
