Procedure for the Management of Industrial Property from the University

Abstract
The methodological procedure shown has as its general objective to provide the teacher with a system of actions that allow them to manage Industrial Property as a pedagogical tool to improve their professional performance; from knowledge of the generalities of Industrial Property, namely: modalities, requirements to be able to define the result of scientific research, procedures for registration, knowledge socialization and marketing of the intangible product, through the academic, investigative dimensions and extensions that allow revealing the significance of management knowledge and the risks that teachers are exposed to if they do not record their results; the organization of Industrial Property management; the knowledge of its modalities, the Rights; as well as the forms of socialization and commercialization of the scientific and technical result. Empirical methods such as observation, documentary and theoretical revision, such as analysis and synthesis, system approach, hermeneutics and the transition from the abstract to the concrete were used for its elaboration.
