Employee Motivation: Essential For Productive Efficiency

Abstract
Motivation as a psychological category is vital for the achievement of superior outcomes in any of the social sides of every enterprise or working place aiming at a high quality of its social services. However, in occasions it is affected by different causes which damage the fulfillment of their goals in a year or quinquennium. Therefore, the objective of this research is: to develop a set of actions by means of a managerial strategy for administration that may increase motivation for work and the achievement of higher results in the production of services for the society. For the purpose of this research, there were taken into account different methods like: interviews and surveys, which allowed knowing the weaknesses of the enterprise and thus, the attitude of the employees over work. The partial implementation of the afore mentioned actions facilitated better results and an adequate motivation of the workers, even though the shortages of the raw materials for a wide production of medicines in the last two years.
