Abstract

In this article the results of the educational transition and continuity of the development are presented from the preescolar children to first grade from the permanent formation, it arises of the problem scientific Inadequacies that you/they are presented in the permanent formation of the teachers for the educational transition of preescolar to first grade. He/she is carried out an analysis it has more than enough theoretical elements that allow evaluating the process of educational transition of preescolar to first grade. A qualitative study was applied through a pursuit to the work of a group of teachers to analyze the behavior of its professional acting. The results showed that the teachers have professional abilities to plan and to direct this process, but they lack pedagogic tools that allow him to demonstrate the effectiveness of their professional acting in the process of educational transition. In the execution of their objective theoretical methods, analysis and synthesis were used, inductive deductive. Empiric methods as the observation, the interview, interviews and statistical mathematical, through the percentage calculation. It is significant to highlight that once valued the results demonstrate that a system of activities was obtained whose impact generated positive changes in 90% of the educational ones, superior with relationship to the initials. As part of the carried out study you arrived to the conclusion that the differentiated methodological work directed to the educational ones contributes to the achievement of the development of the children.
