Abstract

Today's society is marked by globalization, a socioeconomic process that has undoubtedly transformed the world, influencing trade relations between countries. They have been changing, from small businesses to the figure of large transnationals that dominate the field of business. This globalization process has many benefits, due to the possibility of a previously impossible commercial opening, however, this experience shows us that the state cannot be dispensed with in strengthening the economy, nor can its self-regulatory role be dispensed with. Despite this, it is convenient to eliminate those obstacles that come to harm the development of trade, where private initiative must be strengthened, since it is one of the alternatives for generating jobs and strengthening commercial processes. In the current context, it is necessary to promote measures to solve socioeconomic problems and political control, in which a harmonized legal framework is built and promoted by institutions that promote commercial activities and provide legal security to its actors.
