The Interdisciplinary Class, a Convenient Option for the Training of the Physical Culture Professional

Abstract
In this article an experience is presented in the one that is emphasized the educational task and the formation of abilities, from a look interdisciplinary like an effective road in the didactic treatment to the integration of the contents in classes of Physical Culture, to consolidate the formation of a professional of quality. The integration like an everything of the knowledge allows to bring near the students to the study of the complex phenomena of their environment that facilitates them to assume critical and responsible attitudes before the social, scientific and methodological politicians that exist. All the above-mentioned is exemplified through the subject Theory and Methodology of the Physical Education, where the phenomena are not observed from a single point of view of certain science, but just as they are manifested in the nature in an integrated way
