System of actions to enhance the vocational training process of the students of the José Dessy Bousac Miller Basic Secondary School

Abstract
Vocational Training, a process that takes place throughout people's lives, from the earliest ages and lasts throughout their professional life. In Cuba, this process is carried out properly from an early age; However, the desired level is not achieved in the basic secondary school, considering it is pertinent to consider as a scientific problem: inadequacies that are manifested in the professional education of adolescents, limiting their preparation to choose their continuity of studies or future profession in the José Dessy basic secondary school. The results offered are evidenced in a system of actions for the vocational training process of students in basic secondary school, based on the unit of actions of the educational community.
