Training Method of Guiding Competence in Health Technology Teachers

Abstract
On this article it started from considering the existence of insufficiency on professional development of professors at Health Technology Faculty, which limits their formative action towards the students. This article is aimed to give a methodology with a system of reflexive procedures for the training of the competition for educational orientation at Health Technology Faculty, which contributes to an adequate professional development of professors as a via to improve the formative process of students. Taking into consideration, the social function that corresponds to the Health Technology professor on integrated formation of the students; it is assumed that the methodology for the formation of this competition is a solid via for the reflection and awareness of professors concerning their insuffiency, revitalized through reflexive procedures, which are aspects allowing to structure important criteria to evaluate the formation of such competition.
