Abstract
The purpose of this research was to sensitize teachers about strengthening the culture of peace as a mechanism for human, intercultural and other national coexistence to understand its relevance in the integral development of the student and interpret the relationship with coexistence in the context. Educational. To meet the objective set, the methodology of the monograph was used, under the descriptive type of documentary modality and as techniques for the collection of information were the analysis and synthesis, bibliographic review, signing and document analysis. When the dignity and rights of people are not respected, situations of discrimination, rejection and injustice arise due to economic resources, race, sex, health, beliefs, and culture. The important thing is the ability to face conflicts in the context of peace positively; the school is called to strengthen it by strengthening the culture of peace for coexistence in the school environment.
